Atom 採用中性色調的深色背景（#161719），預設前景色為 #c5c8c6。正文的 WCAG 對比度為 10.64:1（AAA），12 種 ANSI 彩色槽位平均對比度 10.30:1，最低 6.90:1。

色板整體色彩飽和度適中，其中紅色為 #fd5ff1、綠色為 #87c38a、藍色為 #85befd、洋紅為 #b9b6fc。
