E Ink 採用中性色調的淺色背景（#cccccc），預設前景色為 #474747。正文的 WCAG 對比度為 5.79:1（AA），12 種 ANSI 彩色槽位平均對比度 3.63:1，最低 1.38:1。

色板整體色彩飽和度偏低，其中紅色為 #333333、綠色為 #9a9a9a、藍色為 #727272、洋紅為 #aeaeae。
