Isocon Dark 採用冷色調的深色背景（#062329），預設前景色為 #868686。正文的 WCAG 對比度為 4.51:1（AA），12 種 ANSI 彩色槽位平均對比度 4.39:1，最低 4.11:1。

色板整體色彩飽和度適中，其中紅色為 #e34b87、綠色為 #419658、藍色為 #408cbd、洋紅為 #976fe3。
