Friction 採用冷色調的深色背景（#26252d），預設前景色為 #7e7b99。內文的 WCAG 對比度為 3.74:1（AA 大字級），12 種 ANSI 彩色槽位平均對比度 7.03:1，最低 2.30:1。

色票整體色彩彩度偏低，其中紅色為 #ba0e2e、綠色為 #8d89a5、藍色為 #c2bed6、洋紅為 #8d89a5。
