Prime Contrast 採用冷色調的深色背景（#0b0b11），預設前景色為 #9090b2。內文的 WCAG 對比度為 6.37:1（AA），12 種 ANSI 彩色槽位平均對比度 9.85:1，最低 2.98:1。

色票整體色彩彩度適中，其中紅色為 #ba0e2e、綠色為 #9d50ba、藍色為 #ffd23f、洋紅為 #f3fcf0。
