Windows Highcontrast Light 采用中性色调的浅色背景（#fcfcfc），默认前景色为 #545454。正文的 WCAG 对比度为 7.38:1（AAA），12 种 ANSI 彩色槽位平均对比度 8.20:1，最低 4.09:1。

色板整体色彩饱和度适中，其中红色为 #800000、绿色为 #008000、蓝色为 #000080、品红为 #800080。
